Challenge

With a plan to scale their ecommerce business in 2020, SKINN knew having the right tech stack would be key to managing the growth while also improving the customer experience of buying and communicating with SKINN online. The internal SKINN team asked Big Presence to create a comprehensive solution on Shopify Plus with a full suite of tools to support marketing.

Approach

Once the goals were clear, there were some obvious choices to be made about Shopify Partner Apps for email marketing, customer support, and campaign management. A New Skin for SKINN

BUILT ON SHOPIFY PLUS

SKINN took the opportunity to give the brand a facelift after moving to Shopify. A new look that would better represent where the brand is headed, as SKINN increases their engagement with customers digitally after over a decade of mostly television’s shop-at-home experience. The site is integrated with sales, marketing, fulfillment and customer service platforms, providing SKINN with a fluid and consistent flow of data across their environment.

SKINN has seen the best digital growth in their company history since moving to Shopify Plus in early 2020.
